Betty Sandoval

Betty Sandoval, is a Legal Assistant with the Law Offices of Sonia Parras, She is originally from Mexico and moved to Des Moines, IA 22 years ago. She worked at the Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence helping Immigrant victims of violence and in the creation of a Pilot project called ALFA that later became a non-profit organization, LUNA.  She has over 13 years of experience as an Immigrant Legal Assistant. Betty actively participates in our community by volunteering at legal clinics, training survivors and donating her time in organizing for change.  She loves to listen to all kinds of music and spend time her family
